According to the Constitution, if the Master is dissatisfied with the conduct of any of the Officers, he may lay the cause of complaint before the Lodge at a regular meeting. The particulars of the complaint should be sent at least seven days before such a meeting to the officer concerned. If the majority of members present find the complaints well-founded, the Master has the power to displace the officer and appoint another (Rule 99). Therefore, the brother may bring this matter to the attention of the Lodge during a regular meeting, following the proper procedures outlined in the Constitution.
