Can you recommend me to be sponsored and recruited by Kolkata lodge
Freemasonry does not canvass or recruit members, requiring a candidate to join of his own free will and accord rather than being recruited, as the Regional Grand Lodge of Southern India explains.
To join a lodge under the Grand Lodge of India, a candidate must ask a Mason he knows personally or contact the Grand Lodge or a local lodge directly, as the Grand Lodge of India states on its website. Sponsorship or recruitment cannot be arranged through an external request.
