A brother may be cessated under Rule 124 of the Constitution, which states: "Should the subscription of a member of any Lodge remain unpaid for one full year at the expiration of the period he shall cease to be a member of all Lodges, provided such a member, has been duly served with a notice by Registered post with acknowledgement due of being in arrears of the subscription amount and the member fails to make payment within 30 days of receipt of the notice." Additionally, under Rule 124A, a brother shall cease to be a member if he engages in certain activities regarding recognized Grand Lodges, as detailed in the provisions of that rule.
