when did the Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons take control of the Royal Ark Mariner degree
The degree of the Royal Ark Mariner is ruled by the Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons, being conferred in lodges attached to Mark lodges in a structure resembling the relationship between a Craft lodge and a Royal Arch chapter 1. Under this arrangement, candidates taking the degree are required to be Mark Master Masons 2.
The supplied sources do not record the specific date or year when the Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons assumed administrative control over the Royal Ark Mariner degree.
