If a brother sent a message to the Worshipful Master to direct the officer in charge to update their number in the summons and it was ignored, what should the brother do?

In such a situation, the brother should consider addressing the issue formally. According to the Constitution, if the Master is dissatisfied with the conduct of any of the Officers, he may lay the cause of complaint before the Lodge at a regular meeting. The particulars of the complaint should be sent at least seven days before such a meeting to the officer concerned. If the majority of members present find the complaints well-founded, the Master has the power to displace the officer and appoint another (Rule 99). Therefore, the brother may bring this matter to the attention of the Lodge during a regular meeting, following the proper procedures outlined in the Constitution.
