Can a member be reinstated after resignation?

Yes, a member can be reinstated after resignation under certain conditions. According to Rule 124B(1)(i), a Brother who has ceased to be a member of a Lodge due to resignation may apply for membership of a Lodge under the Grand Lodge within 12 months of the date when each of the said Grand Lodges restores amity with the Grand Lodge.
