How to change the by-laws of a lodge? To change the by-laws of a lodge, the following procedure should be followed:
- Prepare a lodge notice containing the notice of motion to amend the by-laws.
- Draft two separate copies of the proposed amendments.
- Obtain a certificate signed by the Worshipful Master (W.M.) and the Secretary, under the seal of the lodge, confirming that the amendments were legally carried.
