What does Regulation 173 state?
Regulation 173 states that the Board may recommend or report to the Grand Lodge or to the Craft whatever it may deem conducive to the welfare and good government of the Craft. Furthermore, every recommendation or report of the Board, or of any Committee appointed by the Board, shall, when adopted by the Grand Lodge, be treated as binding on the members of the Grand Lodge and daughter Lodges. This information shall be communicated forthwith by the Grand Secretary to the Regional Grand Secretaries for the information of the daughter Lodges.
