What business can be conducted at an emergency meeting?
An emergency meeting of a Lodge may be held after obtaining a dispensation from the Regional Grand Master. The business transacted at such meetings shall be limited to what is stated in the dispensation and printed on the summons convening the meeting. Importantly, no business that the Rules require to be transacted only at a regular meeting shall be conducted. Furthermore, the minutes of any previous meeting cannot be read or confirmed unless they relate to the validity of the specified business for the emergency meeting.
